Police launch appeal for missing Basingstoke schoolgirl
POLICE have thanked people for their help after a missing schoolgirl from Basingstoke was found.
Mary Mbatia, who is 15-years-old, was last seen at her home in Basingstoke shortly after 11.30pm on Wednesday and the police thought she may have travelled to London with an older black man.
But in a update on Hampshire Constabulary's Facebook page early this morning, they announced that the 15-year-old has now been located.
No further details have been provided.
