A BASINGSTOKE-based housing association is looking for volunteers to help people in their community save money and find the right loans for them.
Sentinel Housing Association, based in Kingsclere Road, Basingstoke, is appealing for people to be Money Matters Champions and promote alternative options to pay day loans and doorstep lenders.
Although the roles are voluntary, Sentinel will cover all travel expenses and childminding or carer costs (up to £6 per hour).
Money Matters Champions will need to attend three training days in March.
Applicants who have been chosen to be a Money Matters Champion will also achieve a level two AQA qualification.
