A TEENAGER suffered serious head injuries after a road traffic collision last night near Whitchurch.
Police are now appealing for witnesses following the incident on the B3400 at Freefolk near to Priory Lane yesterday evening.
At around 9.04pm, a silver Ford Focus left the carriageway and collided with a wall, before coming to rest on its roof.
The driver, a 17-year-old, suffered serious head injuries and was taken to Southampton General Hospital, where he remains in serious condition.
Police would like to hear from anyone who saw what happened or saw the vehicle prior to the collision.
