AN EVENT which raised £400 for a cancer charity will be repeated this Saturday.
Down at the Mill returns to Whitchurch Silk Mill – but this time the aim will be to generate funds for the mill’s Preserving the Fabric appeal.
Jon Wilks who organised the initial event back in May to raise funds for Pancreatic Cancer UK, after his father died of the illness, said: “This event is a great way to breathe new life into these beautiful old buildings.”
Folk artist Rachael Dadd, from Winchester, will headline this Saturday’s show.
