FIREWORKS Extravaganza: It’s here – the much-anticipated annual Hatch Warren Fireworks show takes place on Saturday.
The gates open at 6pm and the fireworks begin at 7.30pm. Breeze FM will be there with competitions and countdowns and there will be a hog roast provided by Newlyns Farm Shop, plus a chilli tent.
Tickets are on sale from the community office until 3pm today, and then until 4pm on the day itself. Tickets can also be bought on the night but buying in advance is recommended to avoid queues.
FIRST World War: Brighton Hill School will be holding a very special day of activities and memories on November 11 to commemorate the First World War.
Students will be able to participate in a wide range of related activities and each student will design their own poppy for a special exhibition.
SCHOOL parking: Parents/carers are reminded to take care when using the community centre as a car park for dropping off and collecting from St Mark’s School and to remember to park in a designated spot.
