Hook man dies in car crash
A MAN from Hook died after his car crashed into a tree last night.
The crash happened near Alton, on the B3349 at Shalden, at 7.53pm.
The 40 year-old man, who was driving the black Audi S5, died of his injuries at the scene.
Police are now appealing for witnesses and in particular would like to speak two women drivers who stopped at the scene to assist.
