CLARE Scheckter, along with representatives from Brand Events, who run the annual CarFest South event at Laverstoke Park Farm, will be attending Overton Parish Council to review this year’s event.
The event, which ran between August 22 and August 24, was attended by around 70,000 people this year and – with CarFest North – saw a record £1.5million raised for BBC’s Children in Need.
Residents are invited to attend the meeting which will take place at the Overton Community Centre, in High Street from 7pm on October 8.
It has been announced that next year’s CarFest South will take place between August 28 and August 30.
