Ride and Stride for Hampshire churches
A SILCHESTER church is taking part in this year’s Ride and Stride – an annual event which raises money for the Hampshire & The Islands Historic Churches Trust.
St Mary the Virgin church will be holding the sponsored event this Saturday between 10am and 6pm.
People will be invited to travel between local churches in any way they want – walking, cycling, on horseback, by car or on a mobility scooter.
