Nina who has more than 14 years’ experience in HR, said: “My reasons for joining Reality HR were to get back into an advisory role within a growing company.

“What attracted me was the broad range of clients and the fact that Reality HR had been nominated for a Working Mums award - I knew I would be working with like-minded people.” Nicola said: “I was attracted to Reality HR as I wanted to work with a great team of HR professionals that I could contribute to and also learn from.

“Their refreshing attitude to working parents and flexible work patterns enable me to maintain a good work life balance.”

Sarah Graham said: “My role is very varied – no day is ever the same. It’s very busy and there is a great buzz in the office.

“Reality HR is a fantastic company to work for as they are constantly growing and changing, they have a strong team and are very focused on their people and development.”
