A WOMAN was pushed to the ground during a street robbery near a former pub in South Ham.

The robbery took place near the old Hammer and Tongs building in Old Worting Road, at around midday on Monday, August 18.

Three men pushed the woman to the floor and stole her keys and purse.

The victim did not sustain major injuries but was said to have been left “very shaken”. Police have not disclosed her age.

All three offenders are described as white men aged between 18 and 21.

The first was about 5ft 4ins tall with long, dark brown hair. He wore a black baseball cap and white Nike tracksuit bottoms.

The second was of a skinny build and wore black tracksuit bottoms.

The third man was also skinny, and wore bright orange tracksuit bottoms and a blue hooded top.
