A LOCAL charity which supports seriously-ill children and their families has received another award to add to its already impressive collection.
Sebastian’s Action Trust, which runs respite holiday home The Bluebells, in North Waltham, has been awarded the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service.
The award was given in recognition of its outstanding contribution to volunteering services.
Chief executive Jane Gates said: “On behalf of all at Sebastian’s Action Trust, I am honoured to accept this prestigious award which recognises the passion, energy and continued commitment of our wonderful volunteers.”
