THERE have been a few promotions at a town centre law firm Lamb Brooks Solicitors.

Laura Bell and Sue Squires are the latest promotions at the firm in Winchester Street, becoming associate solicitors.

Laura, who works as part of the family team, said “This year has been incredibly busy, with my election as President of the Women in Business Group and now with my promotion in acknowledgement of the clients I have helped over the years, and I’m delighted to have been recognised by the firm in this way.”

Sue, (picture below) is a member of the wills and probate team and is also active in the local community, regularly advising Age Concern members on their rights and generally promoting the importance of elderly care in the local community.Basingstoke Gazette:

“I am very concerned that the elderly people in and around Basingstoke are looked after properly,” said Sue.

“And I work closely with social services and the care organisations in the area to try and help as many people as possible.”

The firm also announced that Amanda Hayman, who was asked to join the partnership last year, is now head of the wills and probate team, and Tom Rossiter will now be heading up the commercial property team.
