A TWO-year-old boy with Down Syndrome who was found on his own in Popley early this morning has now been reunited with his parents.

As reported on The Gazette website this morning, police appealed for information after the child was discovered at 5.40am on a ride a-long toy wearing blue pyjama bottoms and no shoes.

Hampshire Constabulary has now confirmed that his parents were located at 9.30am, but were unable to say what had happened or how he came to be outside on his own.
