Two-year-old with Down Syndrome found in Popley
A TWO-year-old boy with Down Syndrome was found in Popley this morning.
Police are appealing for information after he was discovered at 5.40am on a ride a-long toy wearing blue pyjama bottoms, a yellow T-shirt and no shoes.
He is described as having short blonde hair.
He is safe and well but police are appealing for help to find his parents or guardian.
