Oakley residents respond to new homes survey
A SURVEY of Oakley residents showed that the majority of respondents believe a maximum of 150 new homes should be built in the village.
Villagers were asked for their views by the Neighbourhood Planning Group, and 655 people responded.
The survey asked villagers to consider the four prospective developments currently being proposed – in Andover Road, Beech Tree Close, Park Farm and Sainfoin Lane – and which ones are most appropriate for development.
