THIS video shows a couple from Basingstoke attempting to break a record for the longest kiss in a wind tunnel.
Vicki Howes and John Davis managed to kiss for an impressive 25 minutes and 43 seconds, whilst battling the 110mph winds at the Airkix Indoor Skydiving centre, at Basingstoke Leisure Park.
Unfortunately their attempt was just short of the record - set by a couple at Airkix in Manchester, who simultaneously attempted the record and managed to kiss for 31 minutes and four seconds.
Vicki said: “John and I are proud we managed to achieve the time we did during this challenge. There was real competition between the three tunnels and we're happy to be a close second to Manchester.”
