HOOK Care Group has donated £500 towards a new cancer treatment centre.
The group, which operates a voluntary driving scheme to provide transport for people to and from medical appointments, donated £500 to The Ark Cancer Centre Charity, which is fundraising for a specialist facility to be built in north Hampshire.
And the good news for the charity is the donation has been doubled to £1,000 by the Greenham Common Community Trust.
