A PLAN to build two new homes in North Warnborough has been rejected because it would harm a listed building.
John Markham applied to build two semi-detached, three-bedroom houses on land near Clevedge House, in Hook Road.
A planning officer at Hart District Council refused the plan using delegated powers, ruling that the homes would “result in harm to the setting... and significance of a Grade IIlisted building.”
