THIS is the man police want to identify after a series of bike thefts from railway stations in the South, including Winchfield.

Six pushbikes have been stolen from stations such as Christchurch, Fareham, Swanick and Winchfield, between April 9 and June 17 this year.

Detective Sergeant Sarah White, from British Transport Police, said: “The circumstances are very similar in all these thefts. The owners secured their bikes with locks in racks at the station and when they returned, they were gone.

“I believe all six bikes were stolen by the same person, and I am determined to catch them.”
