Neil Emery, 46, was found at 10.23am today, in Dorking, Surrey, following a call from a member of the public.
Jason Bratton, 36, was found in Aldershot, Hampshire at 12.43pm this afternoon, after an operation by Surrey and Hampshire police officers.
The men had left the Surrey and Borders NHS Foundation Trust in Epsom, Surrey, on Wednesday, and officers were concerned that they did not have medication they needed.
