IT MAY be summer now, but the issue of flooding is still high on the agenda in Whitchurch.

Whitchurch Town Mayor Councillor Mike Kean told fellow councillors that businesses, organisations and residents who could be affected by flooding would be invited to a meeting with representatives from the Environment Agency.

He added: “We haven’t forgotten about it. As soon as I have a date and time, we will let people know.”
