Book of remembrance for Whitchurch war dead
A BOOK of remembrance to commemorate those who served in the First World War will be made available to people in Whitchurch.
The Whitchurch branch of the Royal British Legion is opening the book during the centenary year of the start of the First World War for the community to honour ancestors, family or friends.
It will be made available at the Whitchurch Carnival Fete on June 26, and the Church Fete on July 12.
Alongside the book, there will be memorabilia and photographs.
