A HOOK-based charity took a team of Kenyan street children to a pre-World Cup football tournament in Brazil.
Glad’s House, run by Cliff Ferguson from his home in Hook, helped the youngsters take part in Street Child World Cup, which took place in Rio de Janeiro.
More than 230 street children from 19 countries took part in the competition. Tanzania won the boys competition while the host nation won the girls.
