Plan to turn town centre office into flats
AN EMPTY town centre office could soon be turned into four new flats if the scheme is approved by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.
A Mr T Maguire has applied to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for planning permission to convert the grade II listed building, Sterling House, in Winchester Road, into four new flats.
The one-bedroom flats would also have car parking spaces for residents.
