Lowest crime rate for years in Overton
JUST four crimes were reported to police in Overton during April – the lowest number in any month for the last eight years.
Of these, one was a non-dwelling burglary, one was a theft from a vehicle and two were incidents of criminal damage.
The figure for April represented a 50 per cent reduction on the eight reported in the same period last year.
