Work on A303 near Micheldever to start tonight
WORK will start today on resurfacing a major trunk road in Hampshire.
Engineers from the Highways Agency will carry out the work on the A303 overnight until the morning of Wednesday, July 9.
It will take place on the A303 between the A34 junction at Bullington Cross and Overton Road, near Micheldever railway station.
Guy Watts, Highways Agency project sponsor, said the work will provide a smoother road surface for drivers and will improve skid resistance. Diversions for the M3 and A33 will be in place.
