Plan to build 37 new homes in North Warnborough
A PLAN is in the pipeline to build 37 new homes in North Warnborough.
Planning agent Bell Cornwell has submitted a request for screening opinions for a 1.5-hectare parcel of land off Hook Road. The proposal includes a children’s play area and associated estate roads.
The application is often seen as a pre-cursor for a full planning application.Hart District Council will rule on the application by May 21.
