TRAIN passengers are facing more delays after a tree fell on the line near Bramley.

The incident at 3.10pm this afternoon resulted in delays of up to 15 minutes for those travelling between Basingstoke and Reading.

The tree is the second to come down on railway tracks in the borough today, after another fell on the line near Overton.

Network Rail sent a Tweet to say: “The tree has been removed from the line. Lines are now open.”
