Kingsclere prepares for Brownie torch relay
KINGSCLERE is gearing up for a special torch relay, which will be held to celebrate the Big Brownie Birthday which will mark 100 years of the organisation.
The torch, which is being carried around the whole county, will arrive in Kingsclere at The Fieldgate Centre at 12.15pm on Saturday, May 3, and will be taken through the village to Kingsclere Primary School, where a picnic, fun run and races will be held. The torch will leave Kingsclere at 1.45pm.
