TWO thugs, one with his leg in plaster and on crutches, attacked a man after an argument about cigarettes.

The assault on the 45-year-old man took place in the early hours of Wednesday, April 16 near the BP garage, in Churchill Way West.

He sustained a cut to the head which needed stitches.

Officers have now released a CCTV picture of one of the men.

One of the men is described as a white man who had his leg in a red plaster cast and was walking with two crutches.
