A TEENAGER from Hook is due to appear in court today after three boys were attacked by a gang armed with baseball bats.

The assault on three teenage boys, a 15-year-old and two 17-year-olds, all from Surrey, took place in Shelley Rise, Farnborough at 1am on Friday, April 25.

The victims had met a group of girls at Farnborough railway station earlier that night, and were then confronted by a group of up to eight teenage boys who assaulted them.

They suffered multiple injuries, including broken bones, and were taken to hospital.

A 19-year-old man from Farnborough, a 16-year-old boy from Hook, and two boys aged 15 and 16, from Farnborough, have been charged with conspiring to commit grievous bodily harm and will appear at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court today.

A 16-year-old girl from Farnborough was also charged with conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm and has been bailed to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on May 14.

A 17-year-old boy from Basingstoke and a 16-year-old girl from Farnborough were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm and bailed until May 27.
