THE headquarters of a former Basingstoke-based company could be turned into a site for more than 60 new homes.

Knightspur Homes Limited has applied to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council to change the use of Wella House from office space to residential units.

If approved, the developer hopes to build 55 one-bedroom homes and eight two-bedroom homes at the former Wella offices, in Wella Road.

Sixty-seven car parking spaces are proposed to serve the new development.
