ROTTING meat has been dumped in litter bins in Oakley.

The village’s litter warden, Jeff Eastick, reported that the bags of meat were put in bins at the pond and one outside the pharmacy, in Oakley Lane.

He said: “These could be a health hazard and attract vermin, whilst filling the bins to overflowing, and should be placed in the person’s own grey bin.”
