AN ALLEGED cannabis dealer has appeared in court after officers raided a house in South Ham.

Police carried out the drugs warrant, in Kings Road, at around 6pm on Friday, March 7, after receiving a tip-off from the public.

Officers said they found money and drugs paraphenalia inside the house.

Peter Clarke, 30, of Kings Road, South Ham, was arrested and charged with being concerned in the supply of cannabis and possession of criminal property.

He appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Monday, where he was remanded in custody to appear at Winchester Crown Court on Wednesday, April 2.
