Solar farm plan for Hook airfield
A SOLAR farm could be built on an airfield near Hook.
Ben Lewis wants to build an eight megawatt solar farm on land to the south-east of the village, between the M3 and Holt Lane.
He has applied to Hart District Council to see whether an environmental impact assessment is needed – a survey carried out before a full application is submitted.
Hart will decide on the application by Wednesday, March 26.
