Change of use approval allows Basingstoke firm to move into empty industrial unit
A local company is set to expand into an empty unit on an industrial estate in Daneshill after the borough council approved plans to change the use of the building.
Sematron, which designs, supplies and implements solutions for the telecoms, new media and broadcast and defence sectors, already occupy units 22 and 23 Lion Court and will use unit 21 as an addition to their offices.
