A SCHOOL in Hartley Wintney has picked up a top award for its swimming.

The Grey House School, an independent prep school in Mount Pleasant, received The Dolphin Trophy from the English Schools’ Swimming Association.

The annual award is open to every junior school in the country and rewards the highest overall achievement in distance swimming.

Councillor Stephen Gorys, chairman of Hart District Council, presented the award to Colin Smith, head of PE.
