Emergency plan test delayed by weather
AN EXERCISE to test an emergency plan has been delayed because of bad weather.
As previously reported in The Gazette, Whitchurch was selected as the first place in the county to trial its emergency plan to deal with a major incident.
The plan, drawn up with help from Hampshire Fire and Rescue and Hampshire County Council, was meant to be tested in January, but has been delayed because fire crews have been dealing with weather-related incidents.
