Drugs arrest made after woman's death in South View
A WOMAN has been arrested after a woman’s body was found in a house in South View.
Officers were called at 6.30pm on Sunday, February 9 to a house in Vyne Road, where they found the body of a 39-year-old woman.
They are investigating the exact circumstances of the death. The woman’s next-of-kin have been informed.
A 27-year-old woman from Basingstoke has been arrested on suspicion of supplying a Class A drug. She has been bailed pending further enquiries until Thursday, April 10.
