Arrests made after man attacked in Buckskin
TWO men have been arrested after a man was assaulted at a house in Buckskin yesterday evening.
The 50-year-old man, from Basingstoke, sustained facial injuries in the attack in Pentland Close and was taken to hospital for treatment.
A 30-year-old man and a 33-year-old man, both from Basingstoke, have been arrested in connection with the assault and are currently in custody.
Detectives are looking into whether the assault is linked to an incident in a house in Vyne Road, South View, behind the railway station, on the same evening.
