BASINGSTOKE and District Disability Forum will be able to purchase vital new equipment thanks to a generous donation.
The forum has been handed £300 by the Galaxy Hot Chocolate Fund, and will use the money to buy a new computer, which will give a disabled person the opportunity to do work experience in an office environment.
Julian Thomas, chairman of the forum, said: “The forum works to improve opportunities for disabled people and this donation will help us to continue this important role.”
