A MAN has appeared in court after two police officers were bitten while making an arrest.
The officers were responding to a report of an assault at a house in Bernstein Road, Brighton Hill, at 2.45am on Sunday, February 2.
A 21-year-old woman had been assaulted in the house and received minor injuries.
The two officers were bitten during the incident and also received minor injuries.
Lee Dorkin, 24, of Vivian Road, Oakridge, Basingstoke, was charged with three offences of assault and appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
