AN APPLICATION to build 89 homes in Whitchurch is yet to be decided on by the council – almost a year after it was submitted.
Whitchurch borough councillor Keith Watts pointed out that a decision is due to be made by April 9.
He told Whitchurch Town Council that the borough has not given a recommendation for the plans on land south of Bloswood Lane.
Banner Homes and Bewley Homes want to build a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom flats, bungalows and houses with open space, including a children’s play area and a new access point.
The development would include 36 affordable homes.
