TWENTY one is a milestone in anyone’s book – and this year sees the arrival of the 21st Basingstoke Gang Show in The Haymarket.
The 70 talented young performers from all over the area will sing and dance their way through the production from February 13-22.
The biennial Gang Show won the Basingstoke Ambassador Award in the 2012 A Place to Be Proud of Awards – and this year’s participants – who, as our pictures show, have been busy rehearsing at The Costello School – are keen to show you just why they are such a credit to their home town.
The 2014 show has the usual huge variety of entertaining items in its packed programme including a Harry Potter skit and a Bugsy Malone number.
Music from many eras will be covered, including Motown and songs from the current chart.
