A MAN grabbed the buttocks of a father who was dropping off his son at a football pitch in Basingstoke.
The incident took place at the football complex in Winklebury Way, at 12.40pm on Sunday, December 15.
The father arrived at the centre by car. As he got out, an unknown man came up to him and commented on his Southampton FC jogging bottoms and asked to touch them.
Police said the father thought nothing of this but then the unknown man grabbed his buttock.
The pair then argued before the man walked off.
The unknown man said he lived in Brighton Hill, Basingstoke.
He is described as aged 18, white, about 5ft 7ins tall with brown hair. He wore a khaki-coloured zipped up hooded top and jeans and was carrying a duffle bag.
Anyone with information can contact Special Constable Ben Whitcher at Basingstoke police station on 101 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
