A BASINGSTOKE man has been charged with stealing two Poppy Appeal collection boxes.
Leonard Dicker, of Pinkerton Road, South Ham, has been charged with two offences of theft and has been bailed to appear at Aldershot Magistrates’ Court on January 16 next year.
The charges relate to two Poppy Appeal collection boxes stolen from two premises in Fleet on Tuesday, October 29.
