Basingstoke Post Office announces longer opening hours in run-up to Christmas
THE Post Office has announced that the Basingstoke branch will open for longer in the run-up to Christmas.
From this week, the Post Office in London Street, at Top of The Town, will open from 8.30am until 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am until 5pm on Saturdays – an increase of six hours a week.
Stewart Fox-Mills, Post Office head of marketing, said: “Christmas is an extremely busy time for many people and we want to make it as easy as possible for our customers by offering longer opening hours at the Basingstoke branch.”
