EVERY pupil at Lord Wandsworth College managed to achieve at least five GCSEs between A* and C.
Nearly half of all grades awarded were an A* or A.
And an incredible 99 per cent of the 106 examinees at the independent school, in Long Sutton, achieved five GCSEs between A* and C, including English and maths.
Headmaster Fergus Livingstoke said: “It is very satisfying to be making such progress when the national picture is stable.
“In the past it has been hard to tell the difference between genuine school improvement and grade inflation, but this year we are confident that we have enjoyed a dedicated group of pupils who have been wonderfully well served by their teachers.”
