A SERVICE to remember those who lost their lives during the Battle of Britain will take place in September.
The Basingstoke branch of the Royal Air Forces Association will hold the annual service from 10.30am on Sunday, September 15, at St Gabriel’s Church, in Tewkesbury Close, Popley.
Those attending will include Basingstoke mayor Cllr Dan Putty, group captain Dom Toriati, station commander at RAF Odiham, and cadets from the Basingstoke Air Training Corp 443 Squadron.
