Car assistance much appreciated

Sir.–I would like to thank Michelle and Kieran for their very kind assistance when my car stalled late on October 2, at the junction of St Peter’s Road and Western Way, Basingstoke.
They stayed with me for a considerable time and then kept in touch by mobile phone.
I would also like to thank the gentleman who stopped and pushed the car into a lay-by for safety.
He later returned and stayed with me until the breakdown lorry arrived. Fortunately, I was on my way home soon afterwards.
The kindness of all three is very much appreciated and again thank you for making an unpleasant experience much easier to cope with.
